Description
A Tuscan pink IGT (Typical Geographical Indication) wine produced in vineyards using the spurred cordon technique at an altitude of 230 metres, and facing south-west in averagely calcareous and rocky soil. Harvest is performed strictly by hand in September; after 20 days of fermentation, the wine is bottled and left to mature for a month.
The result is a product with a bright pink colour, with a light floral fragrance and fruity taste. Ideal with fish and fresh cheeses.
