Description
IGT Rosso Toscano wine, produced in three different plots of land with different characteristics, with spurred cordon trained vineyards, at an altitude varying between 300 and 600 metres, on medium-textured soils. The harvest takes place at the beginning of October, strictly by hand, and the carefully selected grapes are collected in boxes. After a 10/14 day fermentation in cement, the flower wine is transferred to steel before aging in French oak barriques for 12 months.
The refinement ends in the bottle where it rests for another 6 months.
The result is a lively ruby red wine with a full aroma, with delicate hints of fruit in alcohol and vanilla, ideal for roasts, game and mature cheeses.
Sold and shipped with wooden box.
* Since the 2016 harvest all the Farm’s wines are organic.
