Description
The newest wine from Fattoria Casabianca, first Harvest 2011, is produced with selected grapes from the best vineyards, a truly ambitious wine that is rich in aromas and very soft in the mouth. Aged for six months in French oak barrels and then blended, after a slight filtering to keep the characteristics of both the Sangiovese and Merlot intact, Cadò is perfect with red meats or mature cheeses.
It is also available in a 1.5 litre magnum bottle.
