This typical Tuscan residence, once inhabited by the farmers who worked this land, is still characterized by a warm and friendly atmosphere. From its quiet and scenic position just above the valley of the River Ambra, surrounded by woods and fields, the two-story Fraschetta residence is accessed by a private road that allows guests to enjoy all the privacy they want. The house has a garden, covered courtyard and barbecue grill. It is about 400 metres from the main house and 200 metres from the pool.

Below are the general conditions reserved for our guests

  • Check in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm;
  • Check out from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
  • Prices include all taxes, bed, bath and kitchen linen and final cleaning
  • Additional expenses: gas heating (€ 5,00 per m3) and visitors tax €1.50 (per person per day)
  • Security deposit € 200.00.
  • Up to two (2) dogs are permitted at an additional charge of € 30.00 per dog.
