Description
Tuscan Red IGT (Typical Geographical Indication) wine produced from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes from vineyards using the spurred cordon technique.
After harvesting by hand and fermenting for 10/14 days in cement, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for six months. Its aging ends in the bottle, where it rests for another six months.
The result is a red ruby colour and full aroma with delicate hints of vanilla and fruit in alcohol.
Ideal with red meats and mature cheeses.
